How much is a business license in every state

Reminder: You are not required to form an LLC if that is not what is going to be best for your business. You can always become an LLC later. Be sure to contact a lawyer or CPA if you have additional questions about the differences in business entities and their benefits. 

Keep in mind that not all states permit the booth rental business model, including Pennsylvania, Michigan, Colorado, New York, Virginia, and New Jersey, among others. For more information on per state licensing requirements use the links and information below.

Your state may have different requirements but here is a list of things that are required in WA. Links and fee amounts are provided so you can view the information as well as begin building a realistic business budget. 

You can complete the necessary applications to establish your business by clicking the links below. You will be taken to the governing body's site. Any payment that you submit is being submitted to the governing site and not to Kinky University. You will need to pay for your licensing fees separate from the cost of this course.
