The CurlSpa offers full service consultations sessions. These are not just a quick chat and you are NOT required to have a consultation before having any service. However there are definitely some benefits to doing so. 

Benefits of a consultation:

Having a consultation prior to a service helps to ease anxiety by establishing a relationship between you and your technician. You can get a better feel for what it means to work with this new person and they can get an understanding of what you are trying to accomplish with your look. At The CurlSpa Ms. Ehrin partners with you to create a look you love. She thinks you're cute just the way you are so this means you should come prepared with some input and ideas about what you are trying to accomplish. 

Initial Assessments or Facial Consultations

The CurlSpa offers an array of facial options with more to come soon. So how do you know what you need or what you should choose? This is where we begin and exactly why you should have a consultation. 

A facial is no different than having a trim. It's maintenance but it's also something you can do well enough at home. Just like with hair though, it feels way better when someone else does it for you. Euro facials offer the use of some of the same products that you are able to use on yourself at home. However, skin treatments like hybrid facials, chemical facials and tech facials utilize professional only products and tools that can only be found in a spa/salon or clinical setting. These products and tools require special training and yield a more dramatic initial result.

During your consultation you will be asked to complete an assessment, we will discuss the information you provide and then proceed with a very simple facial that will allow me to see who your skin really is. From there we will come up with a plan that fits your budget. You will also take home a trial sized cleanser and moisturizer with SPF. If there are other products that you would like to have then we can order them at that time.

Virtual Consultations

These hair and skin consultations are great for people who live farther away or are having a bit of anxiety about working with someone new. When you schedule a virtual consultation you will receive an email with a zoom link. Please be sure to join on time with your camera and mic on.
